Casa Del Jaguar Beach Hotel Isla Mujeres

Casa Del Jaguar is located right in front of the most beautiful beach on the island, offering stunning views for sunset. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service, assisting with dinner reservations, golf cart rentals, and even finding a spot for a massage. The rooms are nice and just a short distance from the beach and beach club. The use of bracelets instead of keys for room access adds convenience for guests.

The hotel could improve its room amenities, as guests have mentioned receiving only a limited supply of coffee pods and sugar for their stay.

Located on the stunning beach, this hotel offers exclusive amenities that exceed all luxury expectations. the sun terrace and infinity pool provide a serene atmosphere to unwind. the restaurant served a delicious in-room breakfast, catered entirely to my special dietary needs. the beachfront was private and provided beach umbrellas and sun loungers for quiet relaxation.

The full body massage service was spectacular, but the back massage was a bit underwhelming. Despite the minor issue, the staff's exceptional service compensated for it, providing exceptional customer satisfaction.

This hotel is definitely luxurious, with exclusive amenities to fulfill all of our needs. the staff were lovely and the idyllic location was perfect. We loved the spacious and comfortable rooms with many exclusive room advantages. the Infinity pool and sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers were a great touch. the outdoor swimming pool was also very enjoyable, and the beach access was a favourite of ours.

The only negative aspect we found here was the high price, especially considering that only a minor issue was the exclusive amenities. this was offset by the excellent service we received, the more memorable being the wonderful full body massage and head massage.

The hotel area is quiet and peaceful. Elegant rooms with stunning garden view. Welcoming and friendly staff. Own beautiful beach with beach beds. Safe and secure atmosphere.

The hotel was in a great location, conveniently close to many good restaurants and stores. the rooms were clean, large, and well-appointed, with a stocked refrigerator and the option to purchase snacks.

the bathroom door didn't open fully, which could be an issue for larger individuals.

Our stay at Casa Del Jaguar Beach was incredible. The location was perfect, with stunning views and an easy walk to the main area of town. The facilities and rooms were clean and newly renovated. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We loved having dedicated cabana beds on the beach with umbrellas. The breakfast included in our room rate was delicious. The shallow water allowed us to walk out far into the ocean. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable beach getaway.
